"Dharwar pedha " is the modified version of
'Mathura Pedha' This pedha is brown in colour, round in shape ,
coated with bhura sugar. It tastes like fresh thick milk and malt.
It has high shelf life without much loss of taste and food value.
Dharwad Pedha is made from milk which is rich in fat.
We convert high fat buffalo milk to pedha by a special technique.
For the unique blend, we need desired quality milk ,
which is got under controlled conditions i.e. quality of soil ,
quality of grass and breed of the cattle.
This is a meal between meals because of its high food
value. Browning increases the protein level, which in turn enhances
the food value.
Our goal is to supply continuously a consistent high
