"Dharwar pedha " is the modified version of  'Mathura Pedha' This pedha is brown in colour, round in shape , coated with bhura sugar. It tastes like fresh thick milk and malt. It has high shelf life without much loss of taste and food value.

Dharwad Pedha is made from milk which is rich in fat. We convert high fat buffalo milk to pedha by a special technique.

For the unique blend, we need desired quality milk , which is got under controlled conditions i.e. quality of soil , quality of grass and breed of the cattle.

This is a meal between meals because of its high food value. Browning increases the protein level, which in turn enhances the food value.

Our goal is to supply continuously a consistent high quality product to the consumers.

  • This brown pedha is unique in taste, high quality. Looks like a soft round ball coated with bhura sugar.

  • To maintain continuous & consistent quality of the product the effort begins at the root level, i.e., quality of grasses, types of cattle breed maintenance, hygiene, cleanliness with tune-up rhythm of biological clock cycles of the animals are necessary.

  • Browning is achieved by a special technique and unique blend. Which increases that protein level of mild products.

  • Low fat may be good for heart, but may not be good for mind. 

  • Daily intake of milk could help combat heart diseases. Certain types of grasses that produce high level of lanoline acid, an omega-w3 fatty acids which helps in reducing blood cholesterol.
